Refund Policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need your order reference number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you would need to phone us 00353 65 6842342 as this is the fastest way to resolve the issue as we are dealing with a perishable item.  We would request an image of the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


We understand that in rare circumstances an order must be cancelled. We can guarantee cancellation if a cancellation request is made 24 hours prior to the nominated delivery date. If you wish to cancel an order within 24 hours of the nominated delivery date, please contact us by phone 00353 65 6842342 or with your name and order number, and we will do our best to assist you however best we can.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Flower Withering

Over time, your flowers will begin to go through the natural process of withering and wilting. We cannot accept returns or refunds for flowers that have wilted so we suggest that you inspect your flowers the day you receive them and contact us if you notice that there is any premature wilting on receipt of your flowers.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds can only take place by returning to the shop in person with the item.
